City council makes board appointments

HUDSDON: There will be both new and returning members to several of the city's volunteer committees in 2013.

City Council President David Basil announced at the meeting on Wednesday, that Jennifer Barone has been reappointed to the Planning Commission, for a term expiring January 1, 2017.

Thomas Harvie is new to that committee, with a term also expiring January of 2017. Carol Gasper has been appointed to the group, with her term ending in January of 2015.

Frederick Jahn will return to the Board of Zoning and Building Appeals for a term running until January 1, 2017.
