Hudson's Craig Tallman becomes new CEO of Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad

By Ohio.com staff

Craig Tallman, of Hudson, was recently announced as new president and CEO of the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad. The decision was made after a nationwide search, according to the Hudson Hub Times.

Tallman will replace Steven Wait, CEO since 2006, who announced retirement at age 59 last November.

"Steve has helped CVSR become one of America's largest and most respected excursion railroads. The Board plans to conduct a nationwide search for his successor." said Board of trustees chairman George Snider in a press release last November.

Tallman recently worked for YRC Worldwide Inc., as group vice president from March 2010 to October 2011. He has also worked for Roadway Express Inc.
