HUDSON: The Board of Education approved a new, three-year agreement with Superintendent Steven Farnsworth at its meeting on Monday.

Farnsworth has been with the district for six years.

His agreement will run from August 1, 2013 through July of 2016.

Farnsworth will receive an annual salary of $141,831, and according to Board President David Zuro, there is no increase in compensation over the life of the contract.

Board member Gary Mushock stated to Farnsworth that we "are very, very happy you are here...you've developed great relationships" with the community during that time.

"The citizens of Hudson are well served by Steve Farnsworth," agreed board member James Field.

Farnsworth said that it has been "great working with and for you," the past six years.
