Summit Soil and Water Conservation District holding photography contest

The Summit Soil and Water Conservation District is holding its 2013 Water Quality Photography Contest, according to the city of Hudson’s website. Entries will be accepted until April 1.

The theme of the contest is “More Trees Please” and is open to residents and anyone who owns land in Summit County.

Contest participants can submit up to three entries for the chance of winning a $100 prize for first place, $50 for second place and $25 for third place. Entries will be judges based on composition, originality, technical excellence and adherence to theme. There are adult and junior divisions.
